Registration for “Run For It,” the 2k/5k walk/run fundraiser on Sat. Sept. 26, 2026 in Davis, WV is now open.  Last year we raised over $700 in donations and won an additional $1150 in awards (about $1900 total)!!  Please help us exceed that this year!!

Registration is $12 (half of which goes to our team). We need at least 5 participants to qualify but the more we have the better - so recruit your friends, family, neighbors, or grotto members.

If you can’t make it in person, you can enter the event virtually any time between now and race day. Then complete your walk/run, and log-in to enter your results. 

Anyone and everyone can also raise donations for our team.  Donations generated through Facebook fundraisers, or your family/friends can be sent to our team through the Run For It link.  The more donations we generate and the more participants we have, the more likely we are to win additional awards during the event.

Please come out for the event if you can. It is fun! There’s food, music, camaraderie, and general festivities.  Bring your kids, dog, or your grandma. There are cabins, a lodge, and camping available nearby in the State Park.
